Who are we?
AHH Group is on a mission to solve the housing crisis whilst delivering great returns for investors.
A viable solution to the housing affordability crisis is shared ownership – this is where tenants part-buy, part-rent their homes. We believe shared ownership offers a sustainable future for home ownership in the UK and beyond. Over the past 25 years, we’ve built an end-to-end affordable housing and investment group – this means we control every step of the development and investment process – from funding to architecture & planning, from construction management to running operations of the affordable communities we create.
What do we do?
We help people get on and up the housing ladder so that they can invest in their futures; and we help the elderly step off the housing ladder, so they can afford to live in a community that protects their well-being and helps them to retain their independence. At all times our focus is on the customer; we are dedicated to helping our homeowners to live affordable, happy, healthy lives in their own home within a vibrant community.
