Job description
A new opportunity has arisen in our Engineering Team, and we are looking for an Engineering Maintenance Co-ordinator to join us at Taylors of Harrogate where we roast, blend, and pack our famous teas and coffees on a permanent basis.
Based at our site Plumpton Park site in Harrogate, as Engineering Maintenance Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling all maintenance activity across our operations at Starbeck. Normal hours for this role are 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday and whilst ideally we are looking for this role to be filled on a permanent basis if you would like to discuss flexible working, please provide more details in your application.
About you
You will have experience in a similar role in a manufacturing environment and you will be able to work closely with production planning for planned preventative maintenance scheduling. You’ll be able to co-ordinate and plan contractor visits and liaise with engineering duty managers regarding Risk Assessments and Method Statements. You will be experienced in the use of resource planning systems such as ERP and CMMS.
We’re also looking for the following skills/experience:
- Experience in work planning, preferably from a technical background
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong IT skills and health and safety knowledge
