You may have started your interest in IT fixing computer issues for friends and family, you could be a gamer who has built their own gaming PC. If fixing and working with computer operating systems is something you enjoy then a career in IT support could be enhanced by enrolling on an IT support apprenticeship with the S&A academy.
What could I be doing in my apprenticeship?
- Assist with hardware and software installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, or in-person.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues to identify and resolve problems efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring prompt and effective communication with clients.
- Document support activities, including problem description, troubleshooting steps, and resolution.
- Collaborate with team members to assist in the implementation of IT projects and initiatives.
- Continuously expand your knowledge and keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with security and data protection regulations.

Job Type: Apprenticeship
Salary: From £18,000.00 per year
