We currently have opportunities for Graduate Engineers to join our Engineering Graduate scheme based in Bishops Cleeve, Cheltenham and Staverton, Gloucester.
These opportunities are ideal for someone who has some previous relevant work experience gained via an Internship, and ideal candidates will hold a relevant engineering degree.
Our Programme
As a Graduate Engineer, you’ll take responsibility early on. You’ll be inquisitive, great at problem solving, thrive on new experiences, challenges and learning opportunities. You’ll have wide access to all aspects of the business so this isn’t a typical engineering role.
You'll be provided with the opportunity to work within a number of different engineering areas to support your continued learning and development gaining knowledge and experience to enable you to progress your career.
From day one, you’ll be encouraged and supported. You’ll take ownership of fast-paced projects – and enjoy on-the-job training and workshops, to further develop your skills.
Who we’re looking for
You'll need at least a 2:1 (or be predicted to achieve this) in an engineering discipline combined with some work experience, maybe gained via an internship. You’ll need a growth mindset and the ability to work in an ever-changing environment. You’ll be curious, flexible, resilient, analytical, and most of all – you’ll be truly collaborative.
You won’t mind rolling your sleeves up to help make things better or removing barriers to get the job done. You’ll be passionate and self-motivated too!
Start Date: August 2023
