What You'll Be Doing:

As part of our Engineering Graduate Programme you can expect the following:


  • Placement within the Analysis function performing various stress analysis using advanced simulation finite element methods and classical methods in support of new concept designs and design modifications of existing products.
  • Rotation through the Engineering function: design engineering, structural testing, other speciality functions.
  • Placements at a variety of Engineering Sites, including our Global Technology Centre in Filton UK
  • Performing and supporting engineering testing, verification, and delivery of technical content and solutions within an engineering laboratory, test, or work environment.
  • Support manufacturing process through assessment and resolution of non-conformances, taking preventative and corrective actions to reduce/eliminate non-conformances with all relevant customer, regulatory, and airworthiness requirements, within agreed program, schedule, and manufacturing constraints
  • Supporting operational and development utilizing engineering and problem solving skills
