We have an opening for an Engineering Administrator to join the Safety Support team based within the Engineering Safety and Systems Department.

Your role will involve general administration duties for the Safety Support team and the Safety Department as a whole, including supporting the Safety Case Live Files and being actively involved in a number of key Rolls-Royce / MoD Safety interface meetings.

What you will be doing:
You will do diary management i.e., arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities;
- Setting-up and attending Safety interface meetings where required
- General office management (inc. Coupa, MIS, MiWorld Colleague)
- Distribution and storage across paper based and electronic systems
- Maintenance of MS Excel based trackers
- Create and maintain documentation across several data management systems
- General admin for the team and other colleagues

- Experience of MS Office software, Excel, Word, PowerPoint,
- Good communication skills at all levels
- Good attention to detail ensuring data accuracy
- Capable organisational skills
- Familiarity working to deadlines and KPIs
- Basic knowledge of MoD processes, structures, and management would be beneficial.

To work for the Rolls-Royce Submarines Business an individual has to hold a Security Check (SC) clearance without any caveats to that clearance. Rolls-Royce will support the application for Security Clearance if the individual does not currently already have this in place.
Due to the nature of work the Business conducts and the protection of certain assets a person has to be a UK national or in MoD approved cases a Dual National from a non ITAR country.
