Engineering Admin
A Grade I listed building with decades of history and heritage. Our engineering team ensure our building and facilities are enjoyable for our guests and team whilst keeping its heritage in tact.
What your responsibilities as an Engineering Admin will be:
This role is working on a 3day-basis per week. Managing the engineering department's administrative functions, including maintaining records, filing, documentation, and correspondence. The Enigneering Admin will assist with budgeting and financial processes, such as tracking expenses, processing invoices, and monitoring inventory. Maintaining effective communication channels with external vendors, suppliers, and contractors, facilitating procurement and service agreements and will be supporting the Director and Chief Engineer in coordinating repairs including scheduling contractors and ordering materials.
Requirements
- Previous administrative experience in a hotel or engineering setting is an advantage.
- Proficiency in computer applications and office software (e.g., MS Office, EXCEL).
