Job Description:
As a Digital Key Engineer, you will be at the forefront of our mission to revolutionize vehicle access and ownership experience. You will design, implement, and enhance digital key systems, bridging the gap between cutting-edge technology and enhanced user experience in our vehicles.
Responsibilities:
1. Contribute to the improvement of the digital key system, including enhancements to its security, ease-of-use, and features based on customer feedback and industry trends.
2. Collaborate closely with product design and software teams to improve digital key systems with our vehicles and associated mobile applications.
3. Develop technical documentation, system diagrams, procedures, and guidelines related to the digital key system.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the digital key systems in a timely and effective manner.
5. Conduct regular system audits and monitoring to ensure the highest level of performance, security, and availability of the digital key systems.
6. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to vehicle access systems and data security.
7. Stay updated with the latest advancements in digital key technologies and automotive cybersecurity.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in designing and implementing digital key systems or similar wireless communication systems.
3. Advanced knowledge of wireless technologies, such as Bluetooth, NFC, or Wi-Fi, and encryption algorithms.
4. Familiarity with automotive systems, mobile application development, and the IoT ecosystem.
5. Proficient in using network and software development tools.
6. Exceptional troubleshooting skills and a strong understanding of systems analysis tools.
7. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
8. Relevant certifications in automotive cybersecurity or wireless technologies would be advantageous.
9. Ability to work in a team and independently when required.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: $60.00 - $63.00 per hour
