We have partnered with this fantastic company and tasked with finding their new Engineering Manager. Some details of the role can be found below:

Skills required for Engineering Manager:

  • Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent experience
  • 5 Years Engineering Leadership experience in a food and beverage related sector
  • Possessing a wide ranging knowledge of training and motivational skills
  • Computer literate
  • Ability to communicate with all departments and at all levels
  • Health & Safety Awareness
  • Results Driven
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing
  • Strategic thinker
  • Mindset to grow and improve service

Duties of an Engineering Manager:

  • Daily management, leadership and review of 7 Engineers within the team.
  • Leading by example and spotting any development areas in the engineers to discuss in 1-2-1 and appraisals.
  • Ensuring staff are compliant to the food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Auditing
  • Liaising with the Head of Operations with relation to Projects and installation works.
