Skills required for Engineering Manager:
- Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent experience
- 5 Years Engineering Leadership experience in a food and beverage related sector
- Possessing a wide ranging knowledge of training and motivational skills
- Computer literate
- Ability to communicate with all departments and at all levels
- Health & Safety Awareness
- Results Driven
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing
- Strategic thinker
- Mindset to grow and improve service

Duties of an Engineering Manager:
- Daily management, leadership and review of 7 Engineers within the team.
- Leading by example and spotting any development areas in the engineers to discuss in 1-2-1 and appraisals.
- Ensuring staff are compliant to the food safety and hygiene standards.
- Auditing
- Liaising with the Head of Operations with relation to Projects and installation works.
