Maintenance Manager
£45,000 - £50,000 + Bonus + Days Based + 33 Days Holiday + Additional Company Benefits
You will be based in or commutable from one of the following locations: Stoke on Trent, Ipstones, Rocester, Cheadle, Stone, Ashbourne. Other locations also considered.
Are you a Maintenance/Engineering manager from a manufacturing/production background looking to move into a days-based position within a specialist manufacturing company offering an excellent benefits package?
In this role you will work to manage the existing Maintenance function of a successful manufacturing business where you will lead the department to manage maintenance and breakdowns of equipment across the site.
This company are a market leader within their industry and have operations across the globe, they supply their products to wide range of blue chip clients and due to continually expanding order books and investments across all sites there has never been a better time to get on board.
This role would suit an experienced maintenance manager/supervisor from a manufacturing/engineering background looking for a long term permanent placement.
The Role:
- Managing primarily breakdown lead and preventative maintenance across the site
- Working to implement changes to focus on more preventative maintenance
- Leading the existing team to manage maintenance and minimise downtime across the plant
- Duties will include but are not limited to; Implementing preventative maintenance changes, managing the team, continuous improvement, planning and overseeing repairs, HSE practices and much more.

The Person:
- Previous experience working in a Maintenance Manager, Engineering Manager, Maintenance Supervisor level role or similar
- Previous experience within a breakdown lead environment
- You will have previous experience in a manufacturing/production environment
- Long term permanent position

Salary: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
