Job description

The Role
Main purpose of job: To provide paralegal casework support to a team of education lawyers who run a varied caseload of matters including special educational needs and disability, Equality Act, admissions, exclusions, complaints and judicial review.
Casework support will involve co-working cases with your supervisor including drafting, analysis and research for which full training will be given.
Qualifications and Experience

  • Educated to degree level 2:1 or above (although lower contextual applications will be considered)
  • LPC (or working towards) beneficial but not essential
  • Personal or professional experience of SEND and/or working in the education sector beneficial but not essential
