Tactical Work:

1. Perform direct project work.
2. Assist in achieve required project financial performance by the following:
a. Organizing field and laboratory work within project scope and budget as directed by
the project manager.
b. Performing engineering analyses within project scope and budget as directed by the
project manager.
c. Preparing draft reports including required plates and appendices addressing project
scope within the project budget as directed by the project manager.
d. Addressing internal and client review comments as directed by the project manager.
3. Execute activities consistent with commitment management.
4. Execute activities consistent with quality standards.
5. Continuously improve your technical capabilities by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; and participating in professional societies.
6. Perform work in a safe manner.
7. Maintain a clean, neat workspace.
8. In the case of temporary absence, high activity periods, or staff turnover produce results expected of technicians as needed.
9. Identify project and client issues as early as possible and coordinate resolution with project
manager in accordance with company policy.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field, Master’s Degree preferred
