FEDEX HOME/GROUND DELIVERY DRIVERS

Compensation: $125/ day **after completion of paid training

Additional compensation may be based on work experience and performance.

Employment type: PART-TIME/FULL-TIME

A local FedEx contractor is looking for qualified and experienced drivers to pick up and deliver packages in Fayetteville and Raeford area (North Carolina). We provide courteous and professional work environment. We provide the vehicles and fuel. You must have your own transportation to and from the terminals.

REQUIREMENTS:

-MUST BE AT LEAST 21 years of age

- Have a CURRENT & VALID driver’s license (no CDL necessary)

- Be able to read, speak and write in English

- Pass criminal background & motor vehicle records check, drug test and DOT physical

- Be able to complete and pass a road test

- Be of legal status to work in the USA, we E-verify

- Have a clean criminal record, no misdemeanors or felonies in the past 10 years

- Be able to safely lift/carry up to 150 lbs. with a hand truck

- Pass FedEx approval process to become a qualified driver

- Be ready to work by 7:30AM each work day

- Comply with SAFETY regulations and practice SAFETY in all situations

- 1 YEAR OF VERIFIABLE COMMERCIAL DRIVING EXPERIENCE WITHIN THE PAST 3 YEARS (Driving a company vehicle such as for a food/shopping delivery service, church van, and many others qualify. Any vehicle which was used in the commission of performing duties for any company).

OR

- 3 YEARS OF VERIFIABLE COMMERCIAL DRIVING EXPERIENCE WITHIN THE PAST 5 YEARS (Driving a company vehicle such as for a food/shopping delivery service, church van, and many others qualify. Any vehicle which was used in the commission of performing duties for any company).

OR

- 5 YEARS OF VERIFIABLE COMMERCIAL DRIVING EXPERIENCE WITHIN THE PAST 10 YEARS (Driving a company vehicle such as for a food/shopping delivery service, church van, and many others qualify. Any vehicle which was used in the commission of performing duties for any company).

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $125.00 per day

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Fayetteville, NC 28306: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
