£90,000-£120,000 + bonus + benefits

Are you an Engineering Manager looking for a new challenge within financial services?

If so then this could be for you. This is an exciting senior leadership opportunity with an award-winning financial services firm listed on the London Stock Exchange. They have been recognised by the Financial Times as one of the fastest growing companies in Europe with the business growing from 40 to 300 in the past 3 years making them truly one of London's leading tech scale ups. Everybody has the opportunity to become a shareholder with 65% of the company already a partner. They are privately owned and therefore life changing sums of money are aligned with being a shareholder at the company.

They are looking for an additional Engineering Manager supporting their flagship payments solution. The team you would lead utilise both front and backend skills to work on building the backbone of the application, develop proprietary solutions and integrating with third party providers.

This is a brilliant opportunity for you to get involved in a hands-on company who focus on high quality delivery of products as well as career development and growth. The role will allow a split between guidance and strategy around technical architecture as well as servant leadership so anyone from a background of senior development and technical leadership or similar would be a great starting point.

What can you expect to do?

• Working alongside other Engineering Managers and senior leadership on development strategy to help drive forward their ambitious roadmap.
• Work cross functionally with teams to ensure collaborative work environment.
• Maximise and champion the systems to make use of the latest technologies.
• Support, coach and develop engineers in their career through regular 1:1s and continuous feedback.

What would make you a good candidate?

• Hands on coding background (Java, Python, C# and others considered)
• 3+ years leadership experience
• 3+ years AWS experienence
• Passionate and innovative attitude
• Willingness to learn
