Tech Lead/Staff Engineer, Hybrid, London
Tech Lead/Staff Engineer (C#) required by well-known digital marketplace.
Our client is currently in the process of building out a brand-new digital product and need a highly technical Software specialist to help bring this to life. You'll work collaboratively with Engineering leadership and other stakeholders to deliver on key strategic projects.
You'll also be the technical lead, which includes supporting and mentoring other individual contributor engineers to deliver at pace, ensuring the other engineering teams have a useable platform that enables them to work more effectively. This role would suit a polyglot developer who loves working on complex solutions and working with a wide variety of stakeholders.
Required experience:
- Extensive hands-on experience of software system design, architecture, development, testing and monitoring covering both Back End and Front End.
- In depth understanding of software development covering both Front End and Back End technologies. Preferably previous hands-on experience in as many of the following as possible: C#, TypeScript, React, ReactNative, Salesforce, Cloud Native design.
- Extensive experience of working with agile methodologies and practices.
- Able to translate business objectives into work streams for engineers in close collaboration working in close collaboration with a Product Manager.
- Able to guide technical decision-making with an eye towards simplicity, high standards and a strong bias towards delivery.
Salary is up to £100k/annum plus bonus plus benefits
