IT Telecoms Engineer - MSP, Windows, Telephony

Coleshill - £30,000 - £35,000 + Benefits

Applause IT are working with a growing MSP in Coleshill who are on the lookout for an IT Telecoms Engineer with solid experience delivering IT & telecoms solutions within a Microsoft tech stack and having prior experience in a managed service environment.

The successful IT Telecoms Engineer should have experience and exposure with the following:

• MSP Background, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise accordingly.
• Telecoms experience and delivering F2F solutions
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with project work.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2012 -2022, Office 365, SCCM (or similar) Active Directory
• Great communication skills, with great problem-solving abilities
• Clean driving license.
• Update the ticketing system, ensuring the call has been logged and all notes, progress and required actions have been input promptly and accurately.
• Respond to Service Desk phone calls/tickets as needed, focusing on 3rd line tickets and activities, and taking on tickets escalated by the 1st/2nd line Infrastructure Technicians.
• An ability to explain technical problems in a simple way to end users at all levels within the business.
