Job description
This is a genuine opportunity to work autonomously whilst shaping and developing the role. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to develop, implement and deliver a Greater Lincolnshire Employer Engagement strategy, growing a pipeline of opportunities and vacancies within the Digital sector.
This is a hybrid role requiring some time in the Grimsby office when needed. Candidates should be based in the Lincolnshire area.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Create, implement and deliver an employer engagement strategy with strong marketing and senior management support
- Successfully achieve KPI's
- Build positive working relationships
- Internal stakeholder management
- Working closely working with the marketing department to develop marketing campaigns. This is a forward-thinking organisation who have a very proficient digital marketing team in-house to support the successful candidate
Skills/Experience
- Experience of recruitment/sales/employer engagement, ideally within an education or B2B environment
- Must have experience in creating their own leads through strategic planning, following up and closing sales, capable of planning route to achieving goals without need for micro-management
- Experience of successfully achieving targets, together with the ability to prioritise workload, meet deadlines, take responsibility, use initiative and be proactive, incorporating flexibility when required
- Must be competent and experienced in dealing with management level
- Must be used to a high level of autonomy and be highly organised
- Highly personable, able to develop relationships
- Driven and goal orientated
- Performs well and enjoys target driven, fast-paced environments
- Energetic and positive manner, problem-solving attitude
- Has creative ideas that can benefit the business
- Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, to produce internal and external reports
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent presentation skills, including use of PowerPoint
- Knowledge of information technology, including Microsoft Office
