About Our Client
Page Personnel has collaborated with a large professional services business based in Sheffield to assist in the recruitment of a Stakeholder Engagement Officer to join them on a permanent basis. The main purpose of the role is to support on the delivery of a programme of engagement, including communications and events, to members and external stakeholders across the region.
Job Description
Key responsibilities include:
- Work with key regional stakeholders and local active member groups.
- Support and provide effective communications between members and the organisation.
- Support the programme of communications and events across the region, working collaboratively with colleagues across the regional team.
- Work closely with the central regional team with events and admin support.
- Act as a point of contact and conduit for members, events and activities.
- Build relationships with existing and new local members and key stakeholders by reaching out to them.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate:
- Demonstrable experience in communications, marketing and events, with strong communication, relationship management skills.
- Experience of developing and sustaining excellent relationships with stakeholders.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office - PowerPoint, Outlook, Word and Excel.
- High quality organisational/project management skills - with ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
