Working across active markets in New York, Los Angeles, Tokyo, Sydney, Hong Kong, London and elsewhere – our client is dedicated to examining crucial market forces and shifting investment themes, identifying active investors and their capital allocations, and scanning ahead for regulatory changes, new compliance requirements and other risk factors.
Due to a sustained period of growth and success they are now looking for a highly motivated, dynamic and personable Client Engagement Executive to join their welcoming, diverse, and growing team based in London. The successful candidate will be highly organized with excellent communication skills to help support with customer queries about various events and assisting onsite at the events.
This role will support a variety of internal stakeholders and will be working with B2B clients within the Private Equity Industry.
Your main responsibilities will include:
· Responsible for all inbound and outbound communications with registered event attendees, ensuring all enquiries are dealt with effectively and efficiently resolved. This may include directing queries to other departments where necessary.
· Dealing with high volume online event ticket orders, using the CRM system to ensure all attendees are recorded correctly.
· Maintaining the event delegate lists – ensuring all is in order, cancelling and crediting orders where necessary
· Handling of all online book orders, inputting the information correctly on the CRM system.
· Responsible for drafting all EMEA event confirmation emails, including the 1 week out emails and mail merge to all attending delegates.
· Work closely with the Events Logistics team to build the event networking app – import of attendees, reminder to log in emails, uploading new attendees weekly, dealing with app queries.
· Liaise closely with the credit control department to ensure processing of invoices and accurate post-conference breakdown of delegate numbers and revenues.
· Working onsite at events – assisting with registration of attendees, dealing with registration queries and registering new attendees onsite.
· Recording no show attendees post event and providing a post event delegate list for numerous departments.
· Work closely with the customer services managers in New York and Hong Kong on products which run globally.
· Be the London office main phone line, answer numerous calls daily and redirecting where necessary.
Location:
London - 5 days in the office + travel days to events in London and Europe – the successful candidate must be okay to comply with travel vaccinations to other countries and have a valid passport
The successful candidate for this role will be:
· Highly organised - able to work on numerous tasks at any one time. MUST be calm and confident under pressure
· Data proficient - uses data and information to make diligent decisions (Advanced Exec)
· Excellent communicator - able to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders in a clear and confident manner.
· Able to work to tight deadlines, work well under pressure and managing multiple requests at one time
· Able to work effective as a team, often communicating globally, but also working efficiently as a lone worker, confident in picking up challenging work from day 1
Qualification & Experience:
· Some experience working within the B2B Conference/Events industry/ Delegate registration experience is ideal. Experience working with B2B Clients is essential.
· Experience working with CRM systems & data entry is important, Advanced Level MS Excel is essential.
· Advanced Microsoft office skills plus experience working with mailmerge, excel spreadsheet cleanups.
