What you’ll be doing…
• To liaise with members of the public and give advice regarding the clamp and fines. • To advise the public on payment methods and other issues regarding enforcement action taken on their vehicle.
• Can often work with other agencies, when required including, Police, DVLA and VOSA. • Deals with enquiries from the public regarding enforcement action and ensures the relevant information packs are available.
• Must be flexible in their attitude to working hours, locations and must be prepared to take on other roles, temporarily, as required by the operation. • Be presentable and show high levels of personal integrity and honesty.
• Attends a daily briefing and collects all de-clamp information and reports relevant to the days work. • Ensures all vehicles and enforcement equipment is serviceable and fit for purpose, reports all faults to the Pound Manager. All relevant stationary, clamps and locks are on the vehicle.
- Completes daily reports regarding activities, clamp loads and equipment issues.
What you’ll need…
• Driving licence • Computer literate.
• Ability to communicate with the public, often in difficult and demanding circumstances. • Ability to compile simple reports
