We are looking for people to join our back-office Industry Operations department, who look after our customers Electric meters.

What does this role involve?
The purpose of the Electricity Settlements team is to reconcile the difference between the energy generated and the energy consumed at the meter point.
The correct volume of usage needs to be recorded for the supplier to forecast the amount of electricity to be purchased. The aim is to ensure the supplier accounts for all electric used and our customers are billed accurately on what they have consumed.
You will liaise with suppliers and other industry agents to ensure the information we hold is correct and operational processes are followed correctly. You will also work closely with other internal departments to resolve any issues.
Who we are looking for?
As an analytical person responsible for verifying information, you will have a keen eye for detail with an investigative nature and the ability to problem solve.
You will have experience working from spreadsheets to capture information. You will be an effective communicator both written and verbally and keen to learn and develop within the team.
