Energy Consultant required by a world leading energy consultancy!

Home based, United Kingdom - Scotland is preferred

Do you have a strong interest and desire to develop a career in energy solution sales? Do you have a strong track record in proactively growing a customer base and delivering against sales targets through high volumes sales calls and meetings? If so, please consider the below commercial role within a leading global brand.

This is an important role that directly contributes to the profitability of the Company. Within this role you will be tasked with delivering new sales GP as part of the field sales team. Provide clients with a single point of contact, build relationships and provide expert knowledge on the energy markets that builds confidence in our advice to enable clients to sign gas and electricity contracts with suppliers well in advance.

Business to business field sales or account management experience is essential
Strong track record in growing sales and delivering against sales targets through high volumes calls and face to face meetings is essential.
Previous experience of dealing with lapsed clients and managing new business accounts is desirable
Strong oral and written communication skills in English are essential.
Strong tenacious sales approach to build a pipeline of business within a competitive market is essential.
Proactive approach to researching and engaging sales prospects to build a pipeline and a strong track record of delivering this is essential.
Strong analytical and numeracy skills to drive optimal pricing strategies is essential.
