Job description
Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm (includes paid breaks) To be agreed.
You will be working closely with the Operational, Customer Service and Customer Care team together with senior management to enable WarmZilla achieve ambitious growth plans.
WarmZilla has a state of the art premises in Swansea, and we’re looking to fill it with talent like you.
Key responsibilities:
- Support customers in their buying process with energy advice and recommendations
- Maintain accurate records and enter data
- Conduct research and compile data
- Answer customer questions and confirm customer orders
*No cold calling - potential customers have shown an interest in our products/packages, and are hot leads.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience in a sales environment
- Good organisation skills
- Accuracy and good attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Integrity and professionalism
- Confidence with IT and computer packages
- Highly motivated and positive
- Strong customer focussed skills and experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £21,840 basic up to £40,000 + per year (excellent commission structure)
