Hours: 37 hours per week (job share considered)
Location: Home-based
Contract type: Until 31/03/2024 with possible extension
Salary: £12.10ph

Job description: We are recruiting an adviser to provide a high quality, effective and efficient advice service to those in need of energy advice in West Sussex. The adviser will be trained to deliver holistic energy advice via telephone and online, including energy efficiency and basic income maximisation.
The role will be home-based with the option to work from our offices in Arun or Chichester if preferred. Experience in a similar field would be desirable but not essential.
Essential: Able to work unsupervised Good IT skills Commitment to continuous development Experience working with vulnerable clients in a non-judgemental way
Desirable: Advisory background L3 C&G Energy Awareness
