What you'll do
We’re excited to be looking for two Voids Coordinator to join our busy team to make sure our customers continue to receive a service second to none – and we need you!
You’ll ensure our customers’ wellbeing remains at the heart of everything we do - it’s our priority that properties are supplied to our customers, remain safe and managed to the highest standard. Remember, we don’t just want to do things the way they’ve always been done, we want do things even better!
- Take ownership of the void process by organising the Workforce and Supervisors diaries to deliver an effective service.
- Liaise with the Workforce, Supervisors and Surveyors to effectively coordinate works to ensure they are completed efficiently, and excellent customer service is provided. ·
- Organise electric and gas utility card keys/supplier changes. ·
- Arrange and coordinate EPC, Asbestos etc surveys and update systems accordingly. ·
- Ensuring the raising of PO’s and the purchase ledger process are compliant with the business financial requirements. ·
- Providing reports to the Operations Manager, including trends and recommendations for improvement. ·
- Liaise with Sub-Contractors as required. ·
- Minute taking. ·
- Any other administrative duties requested by line management.
