The Job
The People Experience Manager will build strategies, tactics and oversight to improve our employees’ experience and engagement. The People Experience Manager has a passion for building and championing employee engagement. This role requires high[1]level emotional intelligence, project management, and analytical skills to execute internal programs that will improve our culture, drive performance, and enhance career development. As a result, we should see improved engagement, retention, and people performance.
Duties Include:
· Understand and support the company’s strategic vision and stay apprised of external trends.
· Provide oversite on the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring a great experience for new employees and a smooth start into their roles; establishing mechanisms to monitor completion.
· Partner with internal customers/leadership to discover, educate and align stakeholders and employees on our strategic choices for engagement programs, performance management, philosophy and practices.
· Collect sensitive data for retention, engagement, DEI, turnover, performance reviews, and onboarding feedback, then be able to process and report those findings to executives
· Process owner for the company’s performance management cycle. Advance use of tools and analysis of engagement and performance using existing technology while simplifying processes for the overall organization. Monitor and evaluate program and process quality and effectiveness via new hire retention rates, focus groups and surveys, in order to make recommendations for improvement.
· Challenging status quo and proactively identifying process improvements.
· Regularly measure progress and assess the effectiveness of practices. Leverage descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analysis to solve complex issues and continuously improve efforts and impact.

Direct, recent experience with employee experience and onboarding trends.
- Strong platform and interpersonal skills for interacting with all levels of the organization; excellent verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to write clear, concise and creative training documentation.
- Strong Project Management skills and the ability to plan, organize and successfully coordinate multiple priorities to meet all deadlines and deliverables.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretion. Ability to facilitate training content in a virtual or live classroom environment. Build and nurture strong relationships with key internal stakeholders.
- Strong team player with a results driven approach and who can work with limited guidance.
- Energetic person with strong interpersonal and communication skills, including active listening.
