This is an exciting opportunity to join an already established and successful team, who welcome and encourage new ideas.
Working mainly across North Lancashire, the successful candidate will support people with a disability into paid employment. Then with the correct support, enable that person to be able to sustain paid employment independently.
You will manage your own caseload but will receive regular supervision and guidance from your Employment Team Leader and team meetings with colleagues.
You will market the service to employers and stakeholders, as well as attending multi-disciplinary team meetings. You may also be required to signpost service users to other agencies when necessary.
