As a Barclays Employer Brand & Attraction Manager, you’ll be joining our Employer Brand and Attraction team, working closely with Talent Acquisition colleagues to shape and execute content and campaign strategies in a timely, compliant, and efficient manner. We are currently in the early stages of implementing a hybrid working environment, which means that many colleagues spend part of their working hours at home and part in the office, depending on the nature of the role they are in. What will you be doing?
• Overseeing and managing careers platforms as required
- Advertising and building engagement through impactful digital, online and Social Marketing Campaigns
- Supporting the supplier management in robust review and planning, setting strategic goals and shared ambitions
- Building and maintaining close relationships with key stakeholders to foster collaboration
- Leading and assisting the team in the overall management of complex global budgets, supporting financial and resource management
- Setting clear objectives, by enabling and supporting development for direct and indirect reports
- Collating data to drive accurate decisions and show tangible ROI
- Managing and interpreting Barclays brand’s best practice as well as ensuring solid relationships with the brand and associated teams to ensure compliance in our marketing
What we’re looking for:
- Qualification or experience of marketing and advertising, ideally in the employer brand space
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional Microsoft Office skills, with good knowledge of key digital and social media platforms
- Account and relationship management background, with experience of working on projects in a matrix environment involving multiple stakeholders

In the heart of Canary Wharf, our headquarters at Churchill Place boasts onsite amenities such as: a gym, staff restaurant and deli bar, and it is easily accessible by tube and bus links. With a population of around 5000 staff the atmosphere is second to none with a real buzz being created around the offices within.
