Come and drive the UK & Ireland Employee Relations (ER) agenda in a global, high-growth and dynamic business environment.
As part of a highly professional and passionate team of 8 forward thinkers, this role will lead ER processes through transparent practices and relevant law while acting as a trusted advisor to partners across the LEGO Group.
Core Responsibilities
Manage and maintain compliance with all employment law regulations and practices for the UK & Ireland.
Proactively identify, manage, and assess risks. Propose improvements and risk mitigation strategies.
Interpret, communicate, and maintain ER policies and processes.
Responsible for creating local policies to include direction of global initiatives.
Capability building and development of ER consultant(s).
Support when needed to manage ER cases including investigations, disciplinary issues, grievances, interpersonal employee conflicts, performance management concerns, involuntary exits (including redundancies) and other employee-related matters to successful resolution.
Build and facilitate people relations and compliance processes that emphasise fair, consistent, and respectful outcomes.
Lead and own the end-to-end resolution of complex employee relations issues, including settlement agreements.
Ensure policies and practices align with local laws and regulations. Continue to refine and evolve local guidelines and compliance depository.
Proactively analyse ER data to identify recurring trends and themes and derive insights that help shape relevant programmes and interventions.
Capability building and training people leaders on ER processes.
Advise on, plan, and support organisational change programmes, working closely with People Partners to ensure relevant processes are handled effectively, with integrity, and with minimal disruption for those involved.

Do you have what it takes?
Several years of experience managing complex end-to-end employee relations cases.
Proficient knowledge of UK and Irish employment legislation.
Experience working in a fast-paced, global matrix organisation.
Excellent stakeholder leadership skills (both internal and external institutions) evidenced through strong written and verbal communication ability.
Ability to stay focused while having to manage multiple priorities.
