Job description
Location: this is a hybrid working role three days home based and two days working from our Head Office in Northampton (working from home will commence after induction training is completed)
What you’ll do
Drawing on your personal drive and ambition to achieve set standards and deadlines as a team and individually, you will be providing effective, efficient, responsive and commercial employee relations advice with a continuous improvement mindset.
This role will enable you to fully case manage grievances, appeals and long term sickness cases within a fast paced environment. You’ll be utilising your strong communication skills via telephone to multisite internal stakeholders, advising on: employment legislation, policy and best practise. Is this you?
To be considered for this role you will need experience within a similar HR role, have an updated knowledge of employment legislation and you ideally will have a CIPD or equivalent qualification. You need to have excellent communications skills, be confident, and a strong influencer with the ability to respectfully challenge or be challenged at all levels. Due to the nature of the role you will need to demonstrate your ability to multitask, work well under pressure within a fast paced environment and handle complex grievance, appeal and long term sickness cases remotely.
