Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Employee Experience Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering a positive and engaging work environment that supports our employees' goals, health, happiness, productivity and overall wellness. You will collaborate closely with the CEO, other members of the leadership team, HR, and cross-functional teams, to develop and implement employee experience programs and initiatives. The ultimate goal is to create an inclusive, supportive, and high-performing culture that attracts, retains, and motivates top talent.
Responsibilities:
Employee Engagement:
- Design and execute employee engagement strategies to enhance morale, motivation, and productivity.
- Conduct regular surveys, analyse feedback, and recommend actions to continuously improve the employee experience.
- Organise team-building activities, events, and initiatives to foster a sense of belonging and teamwork.
Employee Health and Wellness:
Develop and implement programs to support employee wellness and health, including mental health initiatives and fitness activities.
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to create a safe and healthy work environment compliant with legal requirements and industry standards.
Provide guidance and resources to employees to promote work-life balance and stress management.
Performance and Development:
Partner with line managers to ensure employees have clear performance expectations and receive constructive feedback.
Support the development of individualised career growth plans and initiatives.
Identify training and development opportunities to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
Edgefolio for Good
Work directly with the CEO to realise Edgefolio’s long term philanthropic goals.
Be a leading ambassador for Edgefolio’s charity and volunteering programmes.
Recognition and Rewards:
- Develop and implement recognition programs to acknowledge and celebrate employee achievements.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure fair and equitable compensation practices aligned with market trends.
Communication and Admin Support:
- Provide administrative support to the leadership team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling correspondence.
- Implement effective internal communication strategies to ensure transparent and consistent messaging.
- Foster open lines of communication to address employee concerns, feedback, and suggestions.
- Coordinate the creation and dissemination of internal newsletters, announcements, and other relevant communications.
- Take responsibility for equipment procurement and other work-related supplies and other work-related expenditure.
- Manage and enhance the employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Be proficient in using modern SaaS applications to enable and support access for others in the organisation.
