Your New Role…

In this role you will be a key member of the Streaming Marketing EMEA businesses. You will assist the different departments and be a vital link between them, together with your Executive Assistant colleagues in the other Countries/teams, you will be reporting into the SVP Streaming Marketing. The role will vary from traditional Executive/Personal Assistant responsibilities to supporting ad-hoc projects across a range of business leaders and business areas.

The key focus will be supporting our leadership team, including coordination of department administrative and operational needs, where applicable.

Please Note: This is a 12-month, fixed-term contract.

Your Role Accountabilities…

  • Schedule, organize and coordinate meetings, with special attention to multiple time zones affecting the participants as well as minimizing diary conflicts, including preparation and distribution of materials, agendas.

  • Prepare or assist on events and special projects which may include compilation of documentation for meetings, creating decks for executive briefings, planning and logistics for team meetings

  • Assist with various administrative tasks; support with travel expense reports, prepare purchase orders, submit and track monthly expense claims.

  • Arrange travel, transportation and hotel arrangements.

  • Initiate and coordinate community activities and events with a focus on collaboration and culture building

  • Point of contact for the leadership team and other key members of streaming business, internal and external contacts, clients and service providers.

  • Coordinate with other departmental executive and administrative assistants to provide support for the entire business.

  • Ad hoc duties may be required from time to time as assigned

  • Support on presentations

Qualifications & Experience…

  • Experience in a similar role, as Personal Assistant or a Coordinator position and/or a background from being an Office Manager

  • Experienced coordinator, delivering excellent service

  • Diligent, accurate, with an eye for detail

  • Proactive and can prioritize and re-prioritize (time management), in a dynamic environment

  • Comfortable working autonomously and thrive from making things happen, being solution-oriented and positive

  • Consistently operates within the highest level of confidentiality

  • Fluent in English in written and spoken

  • Experience in building presentations and slides (PPT etc)

  • Proficient with Google and Microsoft suites, and corporate applications such as Concur, SAP and alike
