Embedded Software Engineer - £550 Inside IR35 (HYBRID) - 6 Month Contract

SC Clearance Required

We are looking for a Embedded Software Engineer to join our team in the Defence and Space Industry, and help produce the designing and implementation of a satellite communications Software Defined Radio (SDR) modem.

This job is based in Portsmouth and you'll need to be in the office 3 days a week, with 2 days working remotely.

Experience required:

• Experience using Eclipse CDT running on a Linux based operating system
• Experience deadling Device management interfaces (e.g. SNMP, Web) for design, implementation and test
• Unit and integration test tools (e.g. Google Test, Robot Framework)
• Atlassian toolset (e.g. Jira, Confluence, BitBucket)
• Git for version control
• Inter-process communication and techniques
