Email Marketing Specialist - Hybrid Remote - home working with some office days

Position Overview
We are looking for detail-oriented hard workers with incredible communication skills to join our team as Email Marketing Specialist. As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will lead our email marketing function to be the lead and be the go-to person to drive our brand forward to current and new customers. No two days will be the same as you will take on full ownership of our email marketing function building our content calendars, working on automation flows and driving campaigns to our customer databases.
Responsibilities
- Create and implement customised email marketing strategies
- Coordinate within our internal team to keep projects moving forward and execute your strategies
- Develop an in-depth understanding of Klaviyo and its functionalities
- Analyse data to optimise strategies and improve email marketing performance
- Boost clients’ subscriber engagement and revenue numbers
- Be responsible for content creation both written and visual

Required Skills and Experience
- 1 years experience running email marketing channels including using Klaviyo
- Excellent written and verbal communicational skills
- Experience working within a marketing team either via an agency or client-side
- Ability to meet deadlines and enjoy the occasional curve ball to change direction
- Experience in visual content creation
