We are looking for an experienced Klaviyo Email Marketing Manager to join our email marketing agency. You will be working with a team of copywriters and designers to deliver high-level email & SMS marketing services.
You will be experienced using email marketing and SMS to increase brand engagement, loyalty and customer retention. You will implement best practices and strategies within email marketing, e-commerce, lifecycle, and funnel optimisation methodologies to drive performance for our industry-leading clients across a wide range of sectors including cereal, alcohol free beer, supplements, clothing and more.
It's the perfect role for an email marketer looking to flex their skills and techniques across an exciting variety of brands. This is a full-time, hybrid role.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the lifecycle strategy and execution for a range of exciting clients on email and SMS, delivering results that drive engagement, repeat purchases, cross sell, retention, and lifetime value (LTV)
- Work to identify the best segments for sending campaigns and audience logic for email flows
- Lead the daily operations of the email marketing channel – marketing calendar, strategy and content, build and deployment of email campaigns, as well as the A/B testing and regular reporting
- Use data to continuously test, measure and optimise the brand’s email marketing
- Report and provide recommendations on email program performance frequently, including set appropriate account KPI’s and benchmarks
- Continuously develop deliverability, segmentation, and forecasting knowledge
- Clearly communicate strategies & progress to clients and team while able to execute campaigns at the tactical level
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in lifecycle, retention marketing and email marketing production
- 2+ years hands-on expertise with Klaviyo
- 1+ years experience working with Shopify & in the DTC space (CPG experience is a bonus)
- Expertise in email best practices, including segmentation, deliverability, copy and design approaches
- Strong analytical and strategic skills, understanding of A/B testing practices, ability to draw conclusions from data and take action accordingly
- Be great at organising and prioritising your workload across many brand accounts and experience managing multiple project deadlines and client workloads
- Strong partnership skills to coordinate cross departmentally, collaborate across teams, and communicate and share ideas

Salary: £36,000.00-£44,000.00 per year
