Email Marketing Manager
London
As a Barclays Email Marketing Manager, you will be accountable for creating and managing emails for Corporate Banking, to directly support business objectives and promote a great customer experience.
Emails will be sent to customers and prospects, covering a variety of industries and product sets. You will work with stakeholders from across the bank and provide guidance on ‘email best practice’ as well as managing priorities and expectations of colleagues.

What will you be doing?
- Managing email marketing activity across Corporate Banking
- Communicating relevant results on email activity to appropriate stakeholders across the bank
- Creating email templates and formatting of emails
- Ensuring email marketing guidance is followed and shared with relevant stakeholders, regarding the use of data and regulatory instruction
- Managing agency relationships to develop impactful creative assets
- Engaging with the Advertising and Media team, Coverage, Industry and Product Marketing teams to ensure consistent and effective communication with clients and prospects
- Recognizing and comprehending the client journey from email to the corporate website, ensuring that it is efficient and effective
- Working with the wider marketing team to comprehend upcoming marketing campaigns and how email plays a role
- Knowledge of Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Awareness of effective email marketing techniques
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skillset
- Team player with the ability to quickly build good working relationships
- Exceptional negotiating and influencing skills, across a broad variety of external and internal stakeholders
- Organised and comfortable taking the lead and using initiative
- Resilient and can adapt quickly to changing priorities
- A solid grasp of audit/governance frameworks

In the heart of Canary Wharf, our headquarters at Churchill Place boasts onsite amenities such as; a gym, staff restaurant and deli bar, and is easily accessible by tube and bus links. With a population of around 5000 staff the atmosphere is second to none with a real buzz being created around the offices within.
