We have an exciting opening for a passionate, personable and fun-loving creative Social Media Executive to join our Marketing Team at Milk&More on a 6 month FTC
You'll be…
- Managing all the Milk&More Social media channels which are currently Linkedin, Facebook and Instagram.
- Launch the Milk&More TikTok account and work with the head of Marketing to create a content calendar including UGC content.
- Plan the social media calendar and implementation of this calendar in line with the marketing plan.
- Curate, create and deliver captivating content across all social media channels.
- Writing blogs, articles and further multimedia content.
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions, based on your understanding of our audience’s world & competitive marketplace.
- Developing monthly reports on emerging social media trends, competitor analysis and consumer insights that will be submitted to the management and executive teams.
- Community management across all social media in partnership with the Customer Services department.
- Own the influencer strategy, working with the most relevant influecner on creating engaging content to grow brand awareness and channel gorwth.
You'll have…
- Experience managing a commercial D2C Social Media account for an FMCG brand.
- Experience creating content on social channels such as Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok and Linkedin.
- Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite and comfortable editing video.
- Experience with social media marketing platforms e.g. Social Sprout, Facebook Ad Manager, Hootsuite or similar.
- A flair for attention grabbing copywriting and/or blogging.
- Excellent communication skills, creativity, attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work alone, with minimal supervision.
- Curious, commercially minded and customer-centric.
Salary: £30-40k DOE
Logistics: Camberly, 2 days per week in the office.
You must be able to drive to get to the office.
