Alarm Technician
Duties:
- Install, maintain, and repair alarm systems in residential and commercial buildings
- Test and troubleshoot alarm systems to ensure proper functioning
- Program and configure alarm systems according to customer specifications
- Provide technical support and assistance to customers regarding alarm system operation
- Conduct regular inspections of alarm systems to identify any issues or potential problems
- Keep accurate records of all service calls, repairs, and installations
Experience:
- Previous experience as an alarm technician or in a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of alarm system components, wiring, and power tools
- Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues quickly
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers in a professional manner
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
