Senior Electronics Design Engineer

Salary between £50,000 and £60,000 depending on experience
Our client who Design and Manufacture complex Electronic and Communication equipment for the Military are currently recruiting for a Senior Electronics Engineer to take the Lead on Hardware or Design Authority projects.
Your duties - Senior Electronics Engineer
- Design, Development and Review of digital / analogue circuits and firmware sub-systems
- Mentoring an Electronics Design Team
- Design Authority / Independent reviewer
- Decision making on Engineering design solutions
- Resolve any project, technical or resource problems
- Support R&D by improving quality, cost and efficiency
- Project reviews / updates
- Support with the preparation of technical bids and proposals
Skills / Experience required - Senior Electronics Engineer
- A relevant Engineering Degree
- All round Electronics Design experience
- Able to manage, develop and motivate an Engineering Team
- Proficient in evaluating, mitigating and managing risk
