Area Electrical Engineer
Covering the whole of the North East Region. Including Newcastle, Darlington, Ashington, Sunderland, Durham, Hartlepool and Middlesbrough
£40,000 per annum
Full time - Permanent - 40hrs per week
Including Company vehicle and fuel card plus overtime/callout premiums
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team here at Mears as a Electrician. Based in Darlington. To carry out a range of electrical work to our clients housing stock to ensure that electrical Installations which are worked on are safe for continued use to safeguard
the service users, members of the public, clients personnel and Mears employees from any potential danger associated with electricity.

About you
We are looking for a fully qualified Electrician who ideally has experience working within a domestic social housing background. This role is working as part of our Asylum contract so the individual needs to be motivated, self efficient and a team player.

Minimum NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation

City & Guilds 18th Edition

Essential - Inspection and Testing 2391/2 or equivalent

Ideally previous domestic, social housing experience
