As a Controls Governance Analyst you will have strong analytical skills and a background working in IT General Controls, IT Service Management and Cybersecurity In addition you will have good knowledge of project management and process improvement skills with the ability to effectively identify areas of improvement across the governance reporting framework for Cybersecurity of IT General Controls. Understanding metrics and measures in managing IT General risks and controls (KPIs, KCIs, KRIs) is a must in this role.

- Understanding metrics and measures in managing IT General risks and controls (KPIs, KCIs, KRIs) is a must.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to produce clear and concise reports for targeted audiences across internal and external stakeholders at various levels of seniority.
- Strong analytical and written presentation skills with ability to work under pressure with high accuracy and attentiveness to detail.
- Background working in IT General Controls, IT Service Management and Cybersecurity.
- An ability to communicate complex and technical issues to diverse audiences, orally and in writing, in an easily-understood, authoritative and actionable manner.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft office tools (such as PowerPoint) and SharePoint is required to publish and manage the reports efficiently.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required to manipulate data.
Preferences:
We are looking for a Controls Governance Analyst to join GlobalLogic on a contract basis, INSIDE IR35 and initial 3-6 month contract.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the process improvement for implementation and operational governance of Key Control Indicators (KCIs).
- Build and improve Cybersecurity reporting capabilities in order to ensure stakeholders needs are being met.
- Maintain and improve multiple MI report products for key Cybersecurity stakeholders.
- Sourcing and providing a consistent commentary with business and cyber themed focus, supporting the metrics.
- Review existing processes of Cybersecurity governance reporting and identify, assess, propose and implement measures of improvement, in order to operate with efficiency.
- Act as liaison between Cybersecurity control owners and the business to understand how controls are reported on and propose improvements to stakeholders.
- Identify areas of efficient operation of reporting IT General Controls governance for Cybersecurity.
- Build and maintain Cybersecurity MI knowledgebase on IT General Controls information, data documentation, business processes, and team expertise.
- Prepare and facilitate Cybersecurity Executive Management Meeting, follow up (actions and activities) as required.
- Take responsibility for professional and timely delivery of all deliverables.
- Streamline and automate MI reporting data collection and calculations where possible.
