Who we are looking for

A Paid Media Manager who will oversee global Paid App activity and define the full funnel strategy for App acquisition and retention activity.

You will develop and manage global App campaigns and lead best practices across all marketing channels.

Reporting to the Deputy Head of Digital Services, you will work agnostically providing support and insights to a global team across multiple regions. You will have the opportunity to work across multi-channel delivery teams in our Gibraltar, Malta and US offices.

You will be experienced in leading large scale, global App promotions and supporting marketing executives, to implement and optimise campaigns.

Preferred skills and experience

Experience managing App campaigns across Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, Universal App Campaign (UAC) and Apple Search Ads (ASA).
Experience working with App Store optimization, as well as managing ASA and UAC’s.
Proven App Store Optimisation (ASO) experience with a strong understanding of App Store Connect and Google Play Store.
Familiar with Custom Product Pages and Custom Store Listings.
Experience in A/B testing bid strategies and store pages.
Experience in using CRM and internal data to model lifetime value and leverage data to ensure acquisition and retention campaigns deliver a positive ROAS.
Knowledge of Paid Search and Programmatic Display and Video.
Highly numerate, proficient in Excel and able to demonstrate strong analytical capabilities.
Strong knowledge of AppsFlyer or other Mobile Measurement Partner (MMP) with experience managing integrations with Self-Reporting Networks (SRN’s) and attribution models.

Main Responsibilities

Being the point of contact in the business for ASA and UAC activity.
Working with MMP representative, ensuring consistent management of data integrations and attribution modeling.
Managing and effectively optimising global ASA, UAC and Social App campaign delivery across a team of Marketing Managers and Executives.
Creating and maintaining a testing roadmap to improve conversion rates across all markets.
Owning the strategy for Custom Product Pages, Custom Store Listings, In-App Events Store Listing Experiments and Product Page Optimisations.
Staying up to date on industry developments and opportunities.
Managing channels and keeping up to date with the latest features and releases.
Supporting Marketing Managers in achieving country acquisition targets whilst developing channel knowledge within the team.
Working closely with internal teams to ensure delivery of high-performing, compliant visual assets.
Defining channel processes, documents and leads roll-out of new formats or objectives across all markets.
