Job description
We are looking for an experienced, licensed electrician to work on our team. Selected candidates will be responsible for wiring and repairing electrical systems, reading and interpreting blueprints and drawings and assisting in various electrical maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will have a background in electrician work and be capable of identifying unsafe wiring conditions, performing wiring inspections and completing electrician reports.
Responsibilities:
- Test, install, repair electrical systems and components.
- Use a variety of tools and equipment.
- Learn to read blueprints, schematic drawings, and wiring diagrams.
- Install lighting systems, wiring, and switches.
- Perform maintenance on electrical equipment and systems.
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm, Zero hours contract
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 16 per week
Salary: £15.00-£17.00 per hour
