An exciting opportunity has arisen to recruitan administrator to join the Coastal Community Nursing Team.
Based at Underground House on Trevissome Business Park, the administrator will supportthecommunitynursing team, specifically with accurate message taking and relaying, inputting to electronic patient records and managing referrals through an electronic referral system. Responsibilities within this role includemaintainingand managingstock ordering, coordinating and inputting data to a range of electronic systems and completing staff related documentation as requested.

This isa permanent, part time role offered at 20 hours per week; covering the service hours between 0830 - 1630 hours 7 days a week on a rota basis.
The purpose of the post is:
- To support the Community Nursing Team and other clinical teams with all aspects of administrative duties. To act as the first point of contact for communications between patients, visitors and health professionals (both internal / external)
- To provide administrative functions within a Community Nursing team. Stock control and management.
