Electrician
What you'll be doing
The Electrician will undertake all aspects of Electrical works including Responsive Repairs, Testing and Inspection and Installation on Day to day, Void and Planned work stream's on all property types within the Great Places portfolio of Responsive Maintenance and Improvement works. The successful candidate will already have significant experience of all of the above within domestic premises and have a proven track record of delivering first class customer service.
What you need
You will have significant experience in the built environment with evidence of delivering first class customer service.
You must hold:
NVQ Level 3 or Equivalent in Electrical Installation (Buildings and Structures)- C&G 2382- 18 Requirements for Electrical Installations 18th Edition
- C&G 2391 Electrical Inspection and Testing or equivalent
- A full driving license
- You must be qualified to minimum GCSE grade C or equivalent in English and maths.
- Positive outlook and capability to work on your own initiative and able to prioritise tasks.
- You will be available to work shifts between the hours of 8am – 6pm, Monday to Friday and participate within an on call rota in the evening and at the weekend.
- In addition to this you may have knowledge of construction related Health, Safety & Welfare legislation.
- You will have experience of the following: Electrician, Electrical Works, 18th Edition, City and Guilds, C&G, Multi Skilled Electrician, Electrical Engineer, Repairs, Maintenance, Housing Association, Multi Skilled Operative etc.
