Edmundson Electrical is the UK's largest Electrical Wholesaler, distributing an extensive range of top branded products from the world's leading manufacturers. A fantastic opportunity has arisen in our busy Ryde Profit Center for the position of a proactive Electrical Trade Counter Sales and Warehouse person.
Due to business growth, we’re looking to add another member to our team.
We’re looking for a friendly and professional person who is organised and willing to go the extra mile for our growing customer base.
Position responsibilities but not limited to:
Serving both trade and retail customers on the trade counter.
Answering the phone and dealing with enquiries and taking orders.
Picking orders accurately.
Ensuring our trade counter is always welcoming, shelves fully stocked, coffee machine always full and ready to go, clean floors etc.
Ensuring our warehouse is organised, clear and above all safe for all users.
You’ll also be required to cover our van driver when they’re off on holiday/sick so a full clean drivers license is essential, and confidence to drive a long wheel base Mercedes sprinter van.
Electrical background knowledge preferred but not essential as training will be given.
Salary dependent on age and experience £ 22k - £25k + profit share.
- Hours 7:30am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday
- 1 hour for lunch
