As an electrical engineering graduate, you will be given the opportunity to work on our electrical systems from 33kV & 11kV distribution, generation, motor control centres, variable speed drives through to the latest industrial control and communication systems. Our graduate development programme offers a comprehensive induction and ongoing support to help you achieve success. You will work alongside experienced professionals, receiving mentorship and training to help you grow and develop in your role. You will be based across our manufacturing sites in East Anglia and have a tailored training and development programme to support your career path.

What’s key for us from you is:

  • A 2:1 or higher degree in a (Electrical) Engineering
  • Ability to undertake an extensive management and technical development programme
  • Ability to relocate across East Anglia throughout the duration of, and at the end of the scheme
