Our graduate development programme offers a comprehensive induction and ongoing support to help you achieve success. You will be based across our manufacturing sites in East Anglia and have a tailored training and development programme to support your career path.

What’s key for us from you is:
- A 2:1 or higher degree in a (Electrical) Engineering
- Ability to undertake an extensive management and technical development programme
- Ability to relocate across East Anglia throughout the duration of, and at the end of the scheme
