We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our creative and marketing team. The perfect candidate would be a hard-working and proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and works well under pressure. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating brands from concept to completion, including logo design and development, packaging creation, social media and web assets and many more. You will need to have a creative flair whilst still being able to follow brand guidelines and maintain a strong brand identity. We are looking for someone to join us in being brand custodians and is excited about growing the product. This is a diverse role with a plethora of opportunity create exceptional work across a variety of different projects.
Working closely with our Marketing department, you ideally will also have a clear understanding of marketing trends and activities and how these can influence graphic design.
Duties and Responsibilities:
● Responsible for creating social media assets tailored to brand identity and campaign themes
● Responsible for creating email marketing assets, web banners and other website assets
● Responsible for creation of media kit assets to support brand launches across global territories
● Clear understanding and execution of brand identity
● Responsible for maintaining consistent typography and branding
● Confidence in working on multiple projects across several brands
● Proactively contribute to digital marketing campaigns and graphic design briefs
● Working with the Marketing team and reporting to Studio Manager and Marketing manager
● Creating brands from concept to completion
● Display excellent presentation skills of created work, including professional mock-ups, styles capes and more.
● Designing and creating labels and packaging for multiple brands.
● Designing multiple Point of Sale materials to market brands in creative ways including, Posters, Counter Display Units, Flavour cards and many more.
● Expected to fulfill all relevant health and safety, product quality and product safety requirements, policies and procedures as may be relevant to the job role and to working for Xyfil in line with ISO22716
Personal Requirements:
● Highly experienced using Adobe Suite software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
● Creative flair that you can apply to a brand identity
● Able to adapt your style of work to suit the needs of the brand
● Passionate about graphic design
● Able to work independently and proactively or by following a brief
● Attention to detail and high level of quality control
● Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload
● Able to follow, execute and evolve brand guidelines
● Great communication skills in order to convey ideas and concepts to stakeholders with creative justification.
● Have a good understanding of print processes and creation of print ready artwork.
Qualifications and Experience
● Must have Bachelor’s degree or higher in Graphic Design or in related area.
● Must also have a minimum of 2 year previous experience in a similar position
● Must have strong experience using Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
● Experience with Animation (desirable)
● Experience with 3D rendering software & techniques including Adone Dimension & Blender.

This job will primarily involve working with our global leading nicotine salt brand Pod Salt. Pod Salt is a multi award winning & longest running British nicotine salt brand that offers a wide variety of products to tailor to all smokers needs & assist their journey in quitting smoking. Pod Salt has a more mature & professional approach to its branding & design than a lot of the vaping industry. You’ll be joining a passionate team of creative individuals with varying backgrounds, but all with a strong passion in design & branding.
We have additional brand offerings, some in the form of CBD with our brand Cali Greens, and many others.
