Electrical Maintenance Craftsperson, Band 4
Salary: £25,914 - £28,187 per annum; £13.25 - £14.42 per hour
A permanent opportunity has arisen for the Property Department, Estates Division to recruit 3 Electrical Maintenance Craftspersons to be based in Perth Royal Infirmary, Perth.
The post holder will act as a fully trained and certificated Electrician to provide Electrical services to meet the needs of the Service.
Minimum requirements for the post are a recognised Electrical Apprenticeship plus HNC/ONC/BTEC, City & Guilds, SVQ/NVQ`s with relevant experience, or equivalent approved qualification, or in certain circumstances equivalent experience
The main duties of the post will be to install, repair and maintain electrical plant and equipment within all properties of the organisation in order that the equipment can carry out its intended purpose safely and to ensure the smooth operation of the electrical systems within the organisation.
Participation in an on call rota and the ability to travel between NHS sites are required.
You will be required to achieve the mandatory Inductions standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.
