Job Title: Electrical Bike Mechanic

Location: SW12

Salary: £14.15 per hour

Working Hours: Full-time, 5 days a week, 37.5 hours

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and service electrical bikes.
• Assemble and disassemble bike components as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the bikes are in optimal condition.
• Inspect and test electrical systems, brakes, gears, and other bike components.
• Replace faulty or worn-out parts.
• Keep detailed records of bike repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a bike mechanic, with a focus on electrical bikes preferred but not essential
• Strong knowledge of electrical bike systems, components, and diagnostics preferred or similar
• Familiarity with various bike repair tools and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Customer service-oriented.
• A passion for eco-friendly transportation solutions.
