Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and service electrical bikes.
- Assemble and disassemble bike components as needed.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the bikes are in optimal condition.
- Inspect and test electrical systems, brakes, gears, and other bike components.
- Replace faulty or worn-out parts.
- Keep detailed records of bike repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
- Proven experience as a bike mechanic, with a focus on electrical bikes preferred but not essential
- Strong knowledge of electrical bike systems, components, and diagnostics preferred or similar
- Familiarity with various bike repair tools and equipment.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Customer service-oriented.
- A passion for eco-friendly transportation solutions.
- Competitive hourly wage of £14.15 per hour.
- Full-time, stable employment with 5 days a week and 37.5 hours per week.
